We make a scheduled visual inspection of accessible areas of your home and property. We look for obvious changes, document what we see and send a digital report with photos after the visit. If something needs attention, we contact you.
Inside the home
Humidity, thermostat and AC operation; visible leaks and stains; plumbing areas, appliances, pests and odors.
Outside the home
Visible condition of doors, windows, lanai, roofline from the ground, landscaping, pool area and signs of storm effects.
Before we leave
We confirm agreed settings, secure accessible doors and windows, and note any issue or follow up needed.

Interior
- Temperature, humidity and air conditioning
- Leaks, stains, odors, pests and moisture
- Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and accessible plumbing
