Home Watch is a scheduled visual inspection of a home or property while its owner is away, looking for obvious issues. ParadiseSafe documents agreed checks and sends a photo report after each visit. It does not replace a licensed home inspection or guarantee that hidden problems will be found.

Heat, humidity, leaks, pests and storms can affect an unoccupied home. A recurring visit gives you a consistent set of visual checks, documented observations and a local contact if something looks wrong.

Depending on your property and agreed checklist, we look at accessible interior and exterior areas, thermostat and humidity readings, visible signs of leaks or pests, doors and windows, garage, pool area and obvious storm effects. See our Home Watch checklist and sample report.

We can discuss weekly, biweekly or monthly visits based on your home, how long you are away and any insurer or association requirements. Check those requirements before choosing a schedule.

Yes. After each scheduled visit, we send a dated digital checklist with photos and notes about what we observed.

We document the visible issue and contact you using the communication plan for your home. With your authorization, we can help arrange access for an appropriate vendor. If there is immediate danger, we contact the relevant emergency service first.

We can discuss agreed storm preparation tasks before a storm, subject to available time and safe access. Afterward, we can make a visual check, document visible conditions and help coordinate approved vendors when roads and property access are safe.

Yes. After you take possession, scheduled visual visits can help you keep an eye on an empty new home and coordinate authorized warranty appointments. Home Watch does not replace a builder walkthrough or licensed home inspection.

Home Watch covers recurring visual checks and reports. Concierge helps with agreed tasks such as deliveries, vendor appointments and arrival preparation. Key holder service provides arranged access for people you approve. We can combine services to fit your needs.

Yes, when arranged in advance. Tell us who is coming, the appointment window and what you want us to handle. We will confirm availability and scope before the visit.

We can share our Babcock Ranch preferred vendor list and help coordinate authorized access. You choose whom to hire and approve the work.

Pricing depends on how often you want visits, the size and features of your property, access arrangements and any additional tasks. Tell us about your home and time away, and we will give you a clear quote before service begins.
