What we check while you are away
Each visit is a visual check of agreed, accessible areas. We tailor the checklist to your home and document what we see.
Inside the home
Visible moisture, stains, unusual odors, pest activity, doors, windows and changes from the previous visit.
AC and humidity
Thermostat and humidity readings when available, obvious cooling concerns and signs of condensation.
Water and plumbing
Accessible sinks, toilets, water heater and agreed plumbing areas for visible leaks or running water.
Outside and garage
Visible condition of the garage, entry points, lanai, screens, landscaping and storm effects.
Pool and equipment
Visual checks of a private pool and accessible equipment indicators where applicable. Pool service and technical repairs are separate.
Security and closing up
We note agreed security indicators and secure accessible doors and windows before leaving.
Photo reports after every visit
You receive a dated digital checklist with photos and observations, so you know what was checked. If we notice a problem, we document the visible condition, contact you and discuss the next step. With your authorization, we can help arrange access for a plumber, HVAC technician or another provider.

Life in Tuckers Cove

We use the details of your property to plan Home Watch visits. We can also coordinate approved vendors, deliveries or arrival preparation when you need help beyond a routine check.

Yes. Each scheduled visit includes a dated digital checklist with photos and observations.
Can you meet a vendor or prepare my home for arrival?
Yes. We can arrange those tasks through Babcock Ranch Concierge Services after confirming availability and your instructions.
What happens if you see a leak or another concern?
We document what is visible, contact you and discuss authorized next steps. For immediate danger, we contact the appropriate emergency service first.
