Concierge Services:
Our concierge services are designed to take the stress out of managing your property. From coordinating repairs and providing access to service providers, to preparing your home for arrivals and securing it after departures, we handle every detail. We also offer package pick-up, meet with contractors, and manage hurricane shutters, ensuring your home is always in perfect condition, whether you’re there or away.

Key Holder Services:
We act as your reliable local contact, securely managing your keys, alarm codes, gate codes, and more, with access to your home whenever you need us. While we don’t provide 24/7 alarm response services, we ensure timely assistance during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with same-day or next-business-day responses. Our service is a practical and affordable option for occasional needs, such as granting access to service providers, greeting house guests, collecting packages, or performing pre- and post-storm inspections. With us, your home is well taken care of when you’re not around.
$75 Annual Fee + ($50 per trip)
