2. Access and Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property for inspections and any related services. This may include key codes, security system access, and any other required information. ParadiseSafe Home Watch will take all reasonable measures to secure the property during and after each visit.
3. Liability
While we strive to provide the highest level of care and service, ParadiseSafe Home Watch is not liable for any unforeseen damages or events occurring between inspections. Clients are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their property and belongings. We will document any issues discovered and notify the client promptly for necessary action.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services. For clients taking advantage of promotional offers, such as discounted rates for the first three months, these offers apply only to the specified period.
5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled at the time of termination.
6. Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency, such as a hurricane, ParadiseSafe Home Watch will make every reasonable effort to secure your property, following the agreed-upon procedures. Additional fees may apply for emergency services beyond routine visits.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will only use personal information for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Modifications
ParadiseSafe Home Watch reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will take effect immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
